Traditional tapas by the sea in Santa Pola
In Santa Pola since 1987. Fresh catch from the fish market, a sunny terrace and the best caldero around.
Our story
Manolo rolled up the shutter in 1987 with one simple idea: fresh produce from the Santa Pola fish market, a hot griddle and neighbourhood service. Today his grandchildren keep the same recipe. Red prawn, magro con tomate, Sunday caldero and vermouth on tap. No rush, no fuss: one of the last bars of its kind.
